Arrange a free consultationCheck eligibility and available funds
People receiving care at home with care grade 1 or above may claim up to EUR 131 per month for eligible services (information checked on 24 October 2026). This is an earmarked reimbursement, not an unrestricted cash payment. Ask your care fund how much of your budget remains available.
Agree the support before booking
Tell WIKA where you live, which household or companionship tasks you need and your preferred times. We agree the service scope and billing arrangements. Recognition in NRW does not mean that every task or charge is automatically covered.
Invoices and reimbursement
Ask your care fund which forms and receipts it requires. Direct billing by a provider needs a separate arrangement and may require an assignment declaration. Clarify any private charges before booking. Unused amounts may be carried over under the statutory rules; confirm the applicable deadline with your fund.
