Costs depend on the agreed tasks, visit length and frequency. WIKA discusses your needs and provides an individual offer before you book. There is no published flat hourly rate.

WIKA is recognised in NRW as a provider of everyday support. Eligible services may qualify for reimbursement from the care relief amount, depending on your entitlement and available funds. Confirm the requirements with your care fund before booking.

People receiving care at home with care grade 1 or above may claim up to EUR 131 per month for eligible services under section 45b SGB XI. This is earmarked reimbursement rather than unrestricted cash. Information checked on 24 October 2026.

Ask your care insurance fund which forms, invoices and evidence it requires. If no care grade has been established, discuss the application first. The fund decides your individual entitlement. WIKA agrees the services with you before the first visit.

No care grade is required for private bookings. Care insurance reimbursement has separate eligibility requirements. Discuss payment and any expected reimbursement before making a binding booking.

Direct billing needs a separate arrangement and may require an assignment declaration. Otherwise, the required invoices and documents are submitted for reimbursement. Clarify the process and any private charges with WIKA and your care fund in advance.

WIKA serves Krefeld, including Stadtmitte, Uerdingen, Hüls, Fischeln, Bockum, Oppum and Linn, as well as Meerbusch, Willich, Tönisvorst, Kempen, Neuss and Moers. Specific visit times depend on availability.

We discuss who needs support, the tasks, your location, preferred times and billing arrangements. Relatives may make the initial enquiry. The wishes and consent of the person receiving support remain central. Please do not submit medical documents through the general form.

Companionship includes conversation, walks and appointment accompaniment. Household support covers practical tasks such as cleaning, laundry, shopping and cooking help. They can be combined. Medical treatment nursing is outside the everyday support described here.

You can request help for a limited period, including after a hospital stay. We check your dates and required scope. We do not promise a fixed start time regardless of availability.

Unused amounts may be carried over under the statutory rules, generally until the end of June of the following year for remaining annual funds. Confirm your available amount and deadline with your care insurance fund.

We agree who the contact person is and what information may be shared with your consent. Visits and tasks take account of personal routines and preferences. Changes in need are discussed together.
